A cross between Royal Gala and Braeburn. Very sweet with low acidity and a faint floral note. The flesh is slow to oxidize — cut it open and it stays white for hours.

The zero acidity thing is real — this is purely sweet, no push-back at all. Denser than it looks. Small in a way I found kind of charming. I didn't think I'd like it, but it's fragrant in a way that gets you.

Alicia：Purely sweet. Small and dense — more hard than crisp. Cuter than I expected, and surprisingly fragrant.
