A natural cross between Gala and Braeburn, originally developed in Belgium. "Kanzi" means hidden treasure in Swahili. Juicy and firm, with a bold sweet-tart flavor — the second best-selling apple in Europe.

Didn't know much about this one going in. Easy to bite through, which was unexpected given how dense it looked.
