Discovered by chance in a Minnesota orchard when a bee cross-pollinated a Honeycrisp with an unknown variety. Sweet, crunchy, with notes of honey, caramel, and a hint of molasses.

Everyone online seemed to love this one. The name alone sets high expectations. It came out crispier and juicier than I expected — just not as sweet as advertised. Maybe I got an off batch. Maybe the hype was too loud.
